The people and organization pages of these players are created by collecting real world media, which helps to establish connections to New York City culture (event photography, media mentions, social connections).
As the Fame Game's players get written about, photographed and socially connected, their fame rises with the increase in the attention they receive. This information is automatically collected from media partners and a curated selection of websites, but a portion is also contributed by a growing population who have "claimed" their profile on Fame Game.
