Guests were greeted by Dom Perignon, Highland Park Scotch Whisky, White wines from Wines of Germany, Chateau Roudier 2002 Bordeaux and Chateau Moulin de Plaisance 2005 Bordeaux - Montagne Saint Emilion. Chef Jean-Georges personally prepared delights such as glazed short ribs, steamed red snapper and spiced chicken samosas for his guests. Tasting Table is backed by restaurateur John McDonald and Pilot Group, a New York-based private equity firm that has backed and developed several successful daily email publication brands including DailyCandy and Thrillist, and is edited by Nick Fauchald, former editor for Food & Wine.
