(New York, NY) (May 23, 2012) – Harboring Hearts co-founders Michelle Javian and Yuki Kotani welcomed over 350 guests to their charity’s annual Spring Gala at The Rubin Museum of Art on Tuesday, May 22nd. The night raised $350,000 to support efforts to provide heart patients and their families with support through a home-like haven and a nurturing community of resources. This year’s Harboring Hearts Spring Gala was co-chaired by Hope Geier Smith and Claudia Chan. Dr. Mehmet Oz honored Dr. Yoshifumi Naka and Dr. Donna Mancini for their tireless work in cardiology via a video presentation.
