Spring Gala: À La Française Thursday, May 10, 2012 David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center Honorary Chairman Natalie Portman Event Chairmen Emily and Len Blavatnik Charlotte Moss and Barry Friedberg Marie Nugent-Head and James Marlas Vice-Chairmen Pamela Baxter Nadja Swarovski Join us and enjoy French artistry at its finest with the premieres of two new ballets and a great classic by: French-born, former New York City Ballet Principal Dancer Benjamin Millepied with a newly commissioned score by Nico Muhly and costumes by Kate and Laura Mulleavy of Rodarte Ballet Master in Chief Peter Martins with a chamber score by renowned French composer Marc-André Dalbavie and costumes by Gilles Mendel George Balanchine’s tour de force Symphony in C composed by the legendary Georges Bizet will return with dazzling new and fully-redesigned costumes embellished in SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS.
