At the event, the Apollo will induct Quincy Jones and Patti Labelle into their Legends Hall of Fame, with Jamie Foxx and Mariah Carey presenting. Bill and Camille Cosby will also receive the Ruby Dee and Ossie Davis Arts and Humanitarian Award at the celeb-studded gala.
