Former Good Morning America executive producer Susan Winston will be taking over CBS daytime talk show The Talk as executive producer. She will replace Brad Bessey, who recently announced he will be leaving the talk show after the end of its freshman season but will assist with the transition. In addition to Winston, Sara Gilbert, who developed The Talk, also serves as an executive producer along with John Redmann. The Talk, the first network daytime talk show to successfully premiere in nearly 10 years, has already been renewed for next season.
