The coming of summer, and with it warmer weather, could spur a new frenzy of bedbug activity. But the real estate community is biting back. Property owners, pest control experts and entomologists gathered Wednesday morning at the Real Estate Board of New York for an informal seminar on bedbug regulation and detection.Bedbugs are not new, but complaints are rising, said Dan Margulies, executive director of the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York Inc.
