Designer Abigail Lorick answers that question with her first collection for Spring/Summer 2008. An assortment of easily paired, ready-to-wear separates that pay homage to the well-mannered feminine paradigm of an era long gone. This collection fuses modernity and classic silhouettes. With an effortless elegance, Lorick's designs string together an ensemble of wearable silk day dresses, printed scarves, and perfectly tailored cigarette pants. Revisiting a classic refinement and graceful silhouette, she pairs silk crepe print skirts with crinolines and structured pencil skirts with ruffled blouses. Spring 08 colors are inspired by the summer sun with vibrant hues and original prints that enhance the uniqueness of the collection. The Lorick Collection enables a woman to individualize her look allowing her own sensuality and personality to shine.
