Tia Dashon Mowry Hardrict (born July 6, 1978), also known professionally as Tia Mowry Hardrict, is an American actress. She first gained fame for her role opposite her identical twin sister Tamera Mowry in the sitcom Sister, Sister, playing Tia Landry. From 2006 to 2009, she portrayed medical student Melanie Barnett on the CW comedy-drama series The Game.
