Aaron graduated from Oxford University, and went into film production working for Scala and Rocket Pictures and forming his own production company - Flashlight Films. With this entrepreneurial background he saw a niche in the market for a Club that services people with little time to enjoy life, and set about forming Quintessentially, putting the various elements together. He is overall responsible for the strategy of the Company, its international expansion and management of the Q Team.
