Christian Boros is a German art collector who studied communication Design from 1984 to 1988 with Bazon breaks in Wuppertal. In 1990 he discovered the photographer Wolfgang Tillmans in London and acquired two works from him. Besides works of Tillmans he has collected the Young British Artists Damien Hirst, Tracey Emin, Steven Gontarski and Sarah Lucas, as well as the German artists Michel Majerus, Daniel Pflumm and American Elizabeth Peyton and Olafur Eliasson.
