Mr Ruthman  is the founder of Deuces R Wild Inc    Established after selling his original business for close to $100mm  Mr Ruthman continues to be a patron to the arts and charities all over the United States. One of the countries best blackjack players,he has racked up award after award for table play and tournaments alike.  Now retired and living between his homes in the Bahamas,Long Island NY and Las Vegas Mr Ruthman once again has jumped back into the business arena funding a new venture in casino entertainment. Mr Ruthman also continues with his connections in the plastic industry and is a pioneer in the manufacturing and distribution of earth friendly bags and totes

Also the founder of the ICW Foundation,named for his grandfather the late Irving Charles Weinberg -This foundation was established to help those in the casino industry-employee's families,friends he has made over the years,with grants for a variety of causes and requests.
