Shawn Carter, also known as Jay-Z, is a rap and hip-hop artist and businessman. He is the former CEO of Def Jam Records and Roc-A-Fella Records. He owns The 40/40 Club in New York City and is co-owner of the New Jersey Nets. Was married to Beyonce Knowles in April 2008.
